HOMETOWN SHIPPING STORE is an independently owned and operated packing, shipping, printing and business services  center located in Lovington, NM. Our friendly staff are members of the Lovington community who are dedicated to providing Super-Star Customer care in a convenient, efficient and friendly environment.

Lovington, NM is retail-based packing and shipping center and proud to offer the citizens of Lovington convenient FedEx and UPS shipping services. 

• Vanguard is a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet—not a UPS Store.
• Vanguard is a FedEx Ship Center—not a FedEx Office.

As a Drop Off Center for both carriers, we offer the convenience of accessing UPS and FedEx Services close to you. Both carriers pick up from our location daily, so you can rest assured that shipments receive dependable and fast service. We provide various packaging, shipping, and office-related services—our staff and location provide local service and convenient hours for all your shipping needs. We represent the UPS and FedEx brands professionally to ensure that you receive the highest level of care.

Vanguard is essentially a third-party retailer. Although we can offer most of the same services, our customers should know that we cannot provide some services available at a UPS Store or FedEx Office. We have a weight limit of 150 lbs or less and/or dimensions limit of: Length + 2(Width) + 2(Height) = 168 or less (in inches) for shipping packages. Also, one side of the package cannot be more than 119 inches.

What we can do:

• Accept prelabelled packages with a drop off receipt

• Ship by UPS, FedEx, and USPS
  • Provide free carrier boxes or envelopes
• Accept Express Dangerous Goods (DG) and Dry Ice shipments provided you already have it packaged and labeled/processed with all the correct paperwork
• Have the employees pack your shipment...for a fee
• Receive and hold a package on your behalf provided you have a written Valet Service Agreement on file

What we can’t do

• Sell moving supplies
• Sell freight services
• Scan a mobile label that a shipper provides to you
• Accept and pack your ATT/DirecTV returns by just bringing in your equipment and account information
• Accept Ground hazardous material (HAZ) shipments
